Subbase & Preparation

Every pour starts with correct subbase compaction, grading for drainage, and vapor barrier placement where required. Skipping these steps is where most concrete problems originate. We do not skip them.

Reinforcement

Rebar sizing, spacing, and chair placement are specified for the application — not defaulted to minimum. On expansive soils or load-bearing applications, reinforcement density is increased accordingly.

Drainage & Layout

Water direction is planned before forming begins. Positive slope away from structures, integration with existing drainage systems, and control joint placement are part of every project scope — not afterthoughts.
